Christmas!
What a very special time of year! This is the perfect time to teach
your child the importance of the Bible verse, "It is more blessed to
give than to receive." (Acts
20:35)
Begin
some new family traditions.
Find
a needy family to share Christmas with.
Instead
of cleaning out your closets to give old toys, games, or clothes, give
sacrificially and give new things to those in need.
Invite
an elderly friend to go out to eat or to a movie with you and your
family.
The wise men brought three gifts to Jesus...maybe Santa
could bring just three gifts to your child.
Host a birthday party for Jesus and invite people in
your neighborhood who may need to hear and know why we really celebrate
Christmas.
For
unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is

Star, shining bright
How many days 'til

Jesus' birthday will soon
